Returns are not accepted for gauged or weighted jewelry. Please make sure your sizing is accurate and your ears can handle the weight.

Tarnished metal - including normal wear and tear - is not returnable.

Any defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge within 6 months of purchase.

Returns are not accepted on any items outside of the 6 month warranty - no exceptions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping - with the exception of faulty merchandise.

Please remember that I am the only person making everything from start to finish. Things will be on the slower side. I try to make sure every piece is made to last using quality material, time and effort.
